ADOLESCENT AND YOUNG ADULT Support
AYA is an underserved community of those between the ages of 12-22 diagnosed with childhood cancer.
This group is affectionately called "in betweeners" as they are not typical pediatric patients, but not yet ready for adult centered treatments.
BH2U was created so every age and every stage has a place to belong through thier cancer path.
We recognize that inclusion and support are ever changing throughout this process. The space for teens to connect, create conversations, and come together may look different for each individual and fluctuate throughout treatments.
Supporting the AYA individual though our online VIRTUAL VIBES or through our in person Childhood Cancer Community Connections, "CAN CONNECT" provides options for all of our heros.
VIRTUAL VIBES
Come in your pj's or come as you are to enjoy a low key, laid back, lots of fun hour of HOPEFUL CONNECTIONS that included themed activities, games, and VIBING HOPE BOXES mailed monthly to participants. Join us the LAST Sunday of every month
from 6 - 7pm. Sign up online.

AYA ADVENTURES
AYA Adventures happen four times yearly with opportunities to meet other teens diagnosed with childhood cancer and their friends. Building a community where conversations lead to friendships, and connections lead to commonality, AYA C4 provides a much needed space for FUN.
